FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ORDERING

​

1.) After placing your order on our website, you will shortly receive an email from Quinto Jewelry that includes your order summary and the total amount to be paid.  

​

2.) Once we have acknowledged your order, we will send Quinto Jewelry's bank details via email.

​

  • For items in stock, full payment will be needed. 

  • For personalized orders, full payment or a downpayment of 50% will be required. The remaining balance will have to be paid before we send out the orders for delivery or pick-up.

​

3.) Send a copy of the deposit slip or transaction receipt to our email quintojewelry@gmail.com or to our Instagram account @quintojewelryph

​

4.) Quinto Jewelry will acknowledge your payments within the day of the date of your payment. Orders will only be processed once the payments are fully or partially settled. 

​

  • For items in stock, processing of orders takes 1-2 business days (exclusive of shipping time).

  • For personalized orders, production takes 2-15 business days (exclusive of shipping time) depending on the complexity of the design

  • For same day delivery or urgent orders, contact us via email or through our Contact Form

5.) Our team will be in touch soon to arrange deliveries and pick-up once the orders have been produced.

PERSONALIZED ORDERS

For personalized orders, just show us a photo of the jewelry design by sending us a direct message on our Instagram account @quintojewelryph or email us at quintojewelry@gmail.com.

Please note that shipping charges are shouldered by the customer.

Within Metro Manila: 

Shipping fee will depend on the preferred courier (same day delivery). 

 

Outside Metro Manila

Shipping fee will depend on the preferred courier (1-4 business days).

Pick-Up In Store

  • For pick-up in store option, kindly wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and a valid ID will be needed for pick-up.
