RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In any unusual cases of damaged products, kindly visit our physical store. Otherwise, you can send us a message through our Instagram account, email, or contact form within 5 days from receiving the items.

 

All return, refund, and exchange requests made by our customers will be SUBJECT FOR INSPECTION before it is approved. Our customers will be the one to take care of return-related shipping fees.

All jewelry pieces sold within 10 days from date of purchase will be considered FINAL.

RESIZING, ENGRAVING, AND REPAIR SERVICES

In case you want to have your jewelry pieces resized, engraved, or repaired according to your preferences, the most convenient way for both parties is by visiting our physical store. Otherwise, you can send us a message through our Instagram account, email, or contact form.

 

Please note that not all items may be modified due to the complexity of the design and kind of material used.
